Should your plans change, please let us know 48 hours before your reservation time. Changes/cancellations made to the reservation within the 48 hour period will incur a charge of $100 per person booked for our A La Carte dining and $1500 per Teppanyaki Room & Private Dining room booked.
Please be advised that we CANNOT accommodate any dietaries. Religious requirements accepted.
Parking and traffic can be unpredictable in the city. Please allow for extra commuting time to ensure you arrive 10 minutes before your reservation.
Reservations will be held for a MAXIMUM of 30 minutes from the selected session time. Late arrivals may be refused entry without a refund. Please allow for extra commuting time for public transport and traffic delays as it can be very unpredictable within Sydney City.
Reservations affected by Coronavirus or other illnesses are not eligible for cancellation and will have to be rescheduled. If no suitable date is available, a voucher of identical value will be issued. If you are unwell, please TEXT or EMAIL us as phone calls are not monitored.
Note: A 1.8% surcharge applies to all card payments.A discretionary 5% service charge is applied to all dinner bills and 10% for groups of 6 or more, directly supporting our dedicated staff and fostering the growth of their knowledge, skills, and passion, ensuring we deliver exceptional experiences for you.
A discretionary service charge of 5% applies to all Teppanyaki bookings.
A 15% surcharge applies on Public Holidays.
As a courtesy, we kindly remind our guests that while jackets and ties are not required, we do request that overly casual attire, including casual footwear and sportswear, be avoided. This dress code extends to children dining with us.
Please note that our team reserves the right to decline entry to guests who do not adhere to this policy.
