Designed by Head Pastry Chef Miko Aspiras and his talented team, our two specialty cakes, Chocolate Mousse Cake and Berries Mascarpone Cake are available for pre-order, bringing an special touch to your occasion.
CHOCOLATE MOUSSE CAKE
A decadent Guanaja 70% dark chocolate mousse, complemented by a Sudachi citrus gelée and an Earl Grey crème brûlée filling,
all set on a cacao nib dacquoise sponge and a crunchy chocolate base. The entire creation is coated in a rich dark chocolate glaze and crowned with a tower of profiteroles filled with chocolate.

BERRIES MASCARPONE CAKE (GF)
Mascarpone with a hint of sansho pepper and fruity raspberry, filled with a baked Basque cheesecake and raspberry gelée, all set atop a gluten-free sponge cake. The dessert is glazed with a raspberry chocolate glaze and finished with a homemade macaron tower.

We offer small standard candles upon request, or you are welcome to bring your own.
